Eternal Maze

The first exhibition in Petrohradská kolektiv’s five-part Eternal Maze cycle brought together works by Timur Aloev, Sohyun Park and Stanislav Zábrodský made during their Prague residencies. Curated by Edita Štrajtová under the title This Spring Arrived with the Storm, And I Know It Will Never End, the presentation framed three practices through persistence, instability and repeated passage. Zábrodský’s fired mineral surfaces extend his interest in accelerated geology, moving between the sediments from which their materials emerged and the future ruins that may one day contain them.
